Born in the Dominican Republic, Raffy came to the United States at the age of 21. For over 9 years, Raffy has become everyone's favorite barber. He received his first barbering license in the Dominican Republic, and is also licensed in Louisiana and Texas.

Starting out from humble beginnings in Santiago Dominican Republic to DFW, Raffy has worked continuously to sharpen and refine his craft.

As the owner and operator of Raffy's Barbershop in Allen, Texas, his mission is to provide exceptional barbering services and to foster self-confidence in his clients.
